There's a lot of love to give on these week's Q-Connected, including love to one of the most iconic singers of all time, Chester Bennington. His former band, Grey Daze, is working on a new album titled "The Phoenix" that will feature 10 more songs recorded by the late Linkin Park singer. The album has been described as "a celebration of our friend, his talent & his music" & we'll hear the latest single on Sunday.

We'll also hear a new version of a Megadeth classic: "Wake Up Dead" performed by Lamb of GodMegadeth themselves. Why did they do it? They're on tour together & they wanted to make the classic even BIGGER.

And of course let's not forget about the local rock. We will hear, arguably & recently, possibly one of the best songs about El Paso out there by local rockers Tragic Landing (try to count all the landmarks & references to El Paso):

The local all-girl band that just recently signed onto the local record label, Hogar Records, Acid Wave:

Into the Spiral,

Father Wolf & much more
