Part of Glory Road Closed Temporarily for Trolley Project

Contractors have closed a portion of Glory Road from Mesa Street to the Glory Road Transfer Center and Parking Garage to relocate gas lines in anticipation of the El Paso Streetcar Project.

Work crews have temporarily closed a portion of Glory Road to relocate gas lines and this project should be completed, weather permitting, by Dec. 4, 2015. The garage will remain open, and may be accessed via Oregon Street. Motorists can access Glory Road and the adjacent or nearby parking lots by using Oregon Street, Robinson Avenue, Randolph Drive and Glory Road off Sun Bowl Drive. Those who frequent the area around the Sun Bowl, Memorial Gym and the Don Haskins Center are asked to find alternate routes and exercise caution.
