In a letter to parents of Alarcon Elementary students, San Elizario district officials said that as students were being loaded onto buses last Friday afternoon, staff members saw a suspicious looking man walking between the buses.  The man then exposed himself to the kids on the bus.

El Paso County Sheriff Deputies were called to the campus, and took the man into custody after the incident.  District officials know the man’s name, but have not released it.

San Eli district officials said they wanted parents to know the facts about what happened because incidents like Friday’s show the importance of following safety protocols.  They also let parents know that a 'Stranger Danger' presentation would be held this week, something that is normally done at some point during the school year but because of Friday’s incident, was moved up to this week.
