Owl City & Carly Rae Jepsen Getting Sued For Good Time!

Looks like Allyson Nichole Burnett, a singer-songwriter from Alabama is suing both Adam Young (Owl City) and Carly Rae Jepsen on allegations of copyright infringement.
Burnett is claiming that the current hit, 'Good Time,' copies her hook and ‘unique vocal motif’ from her song that she released back in 2010, called 'Ah, It’s A Love Song.’
She is also arguing that she is receiving backlash from consumers who think she ripped off Owl City and Jepsen, and that her reputation as an artist is at risk and that includes psychological and emotional damage.
I’m not 100% convinced that the whole song was ripped off – I think the only similarity here is the Whoa Whoa Whoa portion of the song…
