The City of El Paso postponed their March 31st press conference in order to give the" City, County and Health Officials an opportunity to review Governor Greg Abbott’s Executive Orders relating to COVID-19."

We are at 50 cases people. Four new cases were announced by The City of El Paso Department of Public Health on March 31st, with 31 cases being women and 19 being male.
