New El Paso Strong Mural Unveiled Featuring El Paso Mascots

A new El Paso Strong mural in West El Paso features El Paso Mascots from Pay Dirt Pete to Chico The Chihuahua and a few more in between.

Gabe Vasquez, the original creator of the El Paso Strong mural off Cotton St. has created another mural that features various El Paso mascots including, Pay Dirt Pete, Chico the Chihuahua, Spike of The El Paso  Rhinos and the Locomotives logo.

The new mural was commissioned by El Paso dentist Scott Stein who happens to be the dentist of all four teams. Vasquez had the original idea and so the two joined forces to bring this mural to life which not only represents the original theme of El Paso Strong but also the unity of our city’s future.

The mural can be found behind Dr. Scott Stein’s office located at 7189 Westwind Dr, El Paso, TX 79912.
