New App Let’s You Make Celebs Say What You Want [VIDEO]

There is nothing more fun that bad lip reading videos, except for this new app that I found that let's you make celebs say what you want. The app is called Headliner Voices and it turns a celeb's face into old-school animation with just the mouth moving to the words you type into the app.
