Naughty by Nature to Headline Free ‘Let Freedom Sing’ Concert in July
Hip-hop hooray, ho, hey, ho!
For the first time in several years, a non-Country music artist will headline one of the summer Let Freedom Sing concerts at Fort Bliss.
Legendary hip-hop group Naughty by Nature is scheduled to perform on the event lawn at Freedom Crossing on Saturday, July 22.
Hooray indeed!
Way back in the early '90s the old-school rappers helped the hip-hop genre go mainstream with their hit songs “O.P.P” and “Hip Hop Hooray,” which became monster cross-over party-anthems that had club-goers everywhere waving their hands in the air like they just didn't care.
Opening for Naughty by Nature is Killah Priest, and El Paso's DJ One Man Jazz on the 1's and 2's.
Let Freedom Sing is a series of outdoor concerts that take place every summer at Fort Bliss. All shows are free and open to the public.
