How long before the families of the guys who wrote Brian Hyland's 1962 hit "Sealed With A Kiss" sue??? I know, it sounds nothing like it, but "Hold It Against Me" sounded nothing like the Bellamy Brothers 80's country hit and that didn't stop them for threatening a lawsuit.

Kim Kardashian released her first single yesterday. It's called "Jam (Turn It Up)." Kim is donating all the proceeds to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Which seems like a low-down, dirty way to get people to buy it. But once you hear it, you'll understand why she thought it was necessary :)

And with lyrics like these, you'll understand why she released the promo shots at the bottom of this posting to promote the song: "Feeling so good / feeling so right / got my hands up . . . Celebrate like it's my birthday / five more shots of tequila, I'm thirsty."
