Hi, it's Mike and Tricia. We're rolling out our annual Pink Ribbon Week campaign beginning Monday, September 30. For the past 13 years, we've dedicated the first week in October to furthering the awareness of breast cancer -- its cause, prevention, diagnosis, treatment and cure.

Every year we team up with the El Paso chapter of Koman for the Cure and the young ladies from Zeta Tau Alpha to hand out education materials with important breast health information, as well as self examination shower cards and Pink Ribbons, in honor of those who have fought or are now fighting the battle against breast cancer.

While over the years we've all become aware of the terrifying and sometimes devastating disease, many women forget to take the steps to detect it in its early stages. That’s what Mike and Tricia’s Annual Pink Ribbon Week is all about; getting the word out about early detection.

So look for the 93.1 KISS-FM van every morning between 7 and 9 at one of the locations listed below, and make it a point to stop by and pick up the information that could save your or your loved one's life!
