Melissa Joan Hart Has Makeup Mishap at ‘Frozen’ Premiere [PHOTOS]

Cute actress Melissa Joan Hart needs to axe her makeup artist, stat.

The actress turned up on the red carpet of the L.A. premiere of the animated film 'Frozen' (Nov. 19) looking a little frosty herself, thanks to an overzealous dusting of face powder.

It's meant to have a shimmery effect. But instead she looked like she had a splotch of white on her forehead. Oops!

We will say that Hart, who is the mother of three kids, looked positively banging in her icy blue bandage dress. She is in terrific shape.

In certain lighting in these photos, you can sorta see the patch of white on her forehead.

You can see the makeup malfunction up close. It's like she fell asleep on a tanning bed with something on her forehead. You can also see white on the tip of her nose.

See it again. You have to squint.

Since her makeup malfunction was so pronounced, let's focus on the good, like how she filled out that body con dress. But yes, the splotch is distracting.
