Today I had the pleasure of having a very scrumptious lunch courtesy of the great folks at Olé!

We had their daily Paella - a delicious, served with seafood, clams, chicken and lots of flavor! Super delicious and filling!

 And then the yumminess continued…with their Shrimp Paella Croquets - Which is breaded croquets served with sautéed diced onions, garlic, and shrimp!!
