Khalid Breaks Down on Stage From Fan Love

The great Khalid kicked off his Free Spirit tour in Phoenix, Arizona last night and really took in the moment. Describing the experience with tears in his eye as "unbelievable," Khalid informs the crowd he needs a moment.

Which we all need a moment seeing our hometown boy cry like that. Khalid has blown up in the music industry and it must be very hectic living life as a celebrity. Being able to release his emotions into song is what got him to where he is at right now, so it is only proper he used his concert as a place to get some emotional support from fans.

tonight was the first show of tour and I was a little overwhelmed. Never would have imagined that I’d receive this much love 3 years ago. Thank you guys for everything, this is a dream. Unbelievable.

I find it extremely incredible for Khalid to still be just as emotional and not let all the fame go to his head. As he continues to give back to the El Paso community through The Great Khalid Foundation, Khalid's popularity looks like it will not be stopping anytime soon.
