I decided to ask the people of El Paso for alternatives to get helium balloons and they did not disappoint! Many shared local stores where they were able to get their balloons filled up and I am just here to pass along the good news!

Albertsons came in HOT with tons of mentions. One user even said they filled their own balloons there for just $1.50 a pop—budget party win!

Dollar Tree, but make sure you head there in advance before they run out!
