The El Paso Independent School District is asking parents to fill out a survey by Wednesday, September 9 indicating what type of instruction they prefer for their children.  This comes as EPISD and other districts are getting closer to opening up their buildings for in person instruction.

Parents of children attending EPISD schools will need to fill out a survey in which they will select an instructional model for every student they have at the district.

The options available to EPISD families are as follows:

  • Virtual learning from at-home – available for all grade levels
  • Every day, in-person/on-campus learning – available for PK to Grade 8
  • Staggered or hybrid learning (combination of virtual and in-person instruction) – available for high school students only

The learning option are in line with guidelines recently released by the Texas Education Agency.

EPISD families can access the survey by going to https://tools.episd.org/tools/inline/stdsurvey20200901

Don’t forget that the deadline for filling out the survey above is Wednesday, September 9, 2020.
