Former UTEP football player Isaac Tauaefa made it into the Top 40 (Top 10 in the boy's category) on The X Factor, but last night was the end of the road for him on the singing competition.

Isaac ‘s performance of "Bubbly" during the Four Chair Challenge failed to earn him a seat after judges Kelly Rowland, Demi Lovato, and Simon Cowell were left less than impressed. The often acerbic Cowell said he was expecting Tauafefa to deliver “a three course meal, but instead you delivered a lollipop,” while Rowland “felt it was a bit karaoke.” And although 4th judge Paulina Rubio disagreed with their criticism, she chose to send the 6-foot tall 285 pound former Miner nose guard home.
