Live Outside El Paso City Limits? Here’s Where You Can Get a Free COVID Test in September
No-cost COVID-19 testing has been extended in El Paso for two more weeks, including in the county’s rural communities where the Texas Military Department Mobile Testing Team is conducting additional testing through September 15.
The Drive-thru testing locations posted below will be operational from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the specific dates and locations only, and available on a first come, first serve basis.
Anyone 5-years and up can get a free test; you do not have to be exhibiting any symptoms, but as an FYI the signs and symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, chills, cough, fatigue, body aches, muscle or joint pain, shortness of breath, sore throat, headaches, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, nasal congestion, and loss of taste and/or smell.

No appointment necessary, however, once the daily capacity of 500 is met the site will be closed to additional testing. Test results will be provided via email within 2-3 days.
