Beat The Heat At These Texas City Spray Parks
Summer is right around the corner, and El Paso's beloved spray parks are ready to welcome families just in time for Summer vacation!
El Paso spray parks are expected to open from May 27, 2024, to September 8, 2024, with locations all across El Paso that include 9 spray parks, two splash pads, and one that is just for dogs!
These family-friendly oases are perfect for beating the heat and creating unforgettable memories. But before you dive in there are some essential rules to ensure everyone's visit is both enjoyable and safe.
First and foremost, remember that the spray park surfaces can be slippery when wet. Water shoes are highly recommended to prevent slips and falls. Since there are no lifeguards on duty, adult supervision is crucial for keeping an eye on the little ones.
Health and hygiene are also top priorities. It's important to avoid drinking the water and to ensure that anyone interacting with the spray features is free of diarrhea or any contagious diseases. This helps keep the water clean and safe for everyone.
Safety rules extend beyond just the water. Running and horseplay are not allowed to prevent accidents, and pets should be left at home to maintain a clean environment. Climbing or hanging on the spray park features is strictly prohibited to avoid damage and injury.
In addition, to maintain a pleasant atmosphere, no glass containers, bicycles, skateboards, or skates are permitted in the spray park area. Food and drinks should be kept away from the spray zone to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Lastly, remember that having fun is not just allowed—it's highly encouraged! Enjoy the splashes, laughter, and sunny days at El Paso's spray parks this summer.
