El Paso Museum of History Announces Digital Wall Grand Opening

The El Paso Museum of History located is proud to announce Digie’s (Digital Information Gateway In El Paso) Grand Opening coming in February.

The event will be hosted at the museum on Saturday, February 14, 2015 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Event is open to the public and admission is free.

The celebration will include live mariachis, salsa and country groups, and dance groups will be showing their best moves. Activities for kids and adults will be also take part on this event.

People are now able to upload photos to Digie at digie.org. You will be able to share your culture, history, heritage, family, etc. on Digie.

Digie will foster worldwide communication; the job of constructing it has required global communication as well. City of El Paso project managers have worked with designers in New Zealand and manufacturers in Germany on some of the project’s components.
