Wednesday May 20

Cool Canyon Nights – Free concerts in the cool shade of the 1,500-seat McKelligon Canyon Amphitheatre. Music on the patio starts at 6:15 p.m. Concessions, including beer, will be for sale. This week, Sha'Vonne. More Info
Friday May 22
Alfresco! Fridays – Fresh-air performances from local bands playing various genres of music. 6 p.m. No Outside Food or Beverages Allowed. No Pets Allowed. Still downtown, but now on the Convention Center Plaza. This week, Abe Mac Band. More Info
Saturday May 23
The Fountains at Farah Sunset Sounds – Local and regional band perform in The Promenade at the Fountains for “sunset’ shoppers,” weather permitting, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Blankets and lawn chair encouraged, food and beverages available. This week, Albert and the Cactus Moon. More Info
Parks and Rec Free Summer Music Series - This annual series highlights a variety of local acts while showcasing some of the city’s parks. Bring your lounge chairs, blankets, and picnic baskets. Leashed, well-behaved dogs are welcomed. No alcohol. 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. This week, Locomotion performs at Veterans Park, 5301 Salem Dr.
Sunday May 24
