The El Paso Finest Arts Festival will be on May 4 from 12-9PM on 1720 W Paisano Dr. and is bringing together SO MANY MEMBERS of El Paso's art community! Rafael Batrez, owner of El Paso's Finest Art & Souvenir Shop has put together one exciting event! With musicians like The PIE Sisters, passionate poets like Las Cruces very own Lizard King, and El Paso's Hardest Working Man in the Arts Richie D. Marrufo hosting, El Paso's Finest Art Festival is going to be INCREDIBLE.
There will be storytelling, historic tours, live painting and performances, a scavenger hunt, and a silent auction with all proceeds going to the nonprofit organization, Abara House.
Abaras goal is to redevelop the whole property, which is 4 acres of land that includes the old Hacienda restaurant. The Abara House project is a multi use borderland center, anchored at the historic hacienda restaurant sitting directly on the US/Mexican border, serving as a central hub for learning engagement, reflection, and action.
The Finest Arts Festival will also have artists participating from Juarez as well as from El Paso and will be vending all original artwork. The list of vendors and food trucks is extensive so be sure to check out The El Paso's Finest Arts Festival page for ALL the updates and to see if anyone you know will be a part of this amazing event!
The event will also be pet friendly so be sure to bring your furry friends along and get ready for some solid drinks and bartending as Ay Dios Mio will be handling the drinks!
