El Paso Environmental Services Debuts New App for Customers

The City of El Paso Environmental Services Department is joining the app revolution to better enhance their customer service.

Residents of El Paso will now be able to communicate via the new City of El Paso Environmental Services Department App. The new and convenient app will be available as a download in both English and Spanish options. The Works For You App is free and available for both iPhones and Android devices.

The new app is intended to improve customer service and allow for residents to request bin repairs, report a problem such as a missing bin or missed trash collection. The City of El Paso Environmental Services Department App will also give users the ability to view the status of their requests and recycling guide, trash pick-up dates, and even set reminders to take out the trash.

The handy new app will also allow El Paso residents to gain a quicker entrance into any Citizen Collection Station with the app’s Fast Pass, which is very convenient.
