Wellness Clinic: What You Need to Know

Vaccinations given during the Pet Wellness Clinic will protect your dogs and cats from deadly diseases such as parvo and distemper in dogs, and panleukopenia in cats.

The free event is set for Sunday, February 19, 2023 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the El Paso International Airport Butterfield Trail Air Cargo Center at 301 George Perry Blvd. It’s on a first-come, first-served basis for the first 500 pets.

Because it will be conducted drive-thru style, pets, and the pet’s humans are asked to remain in their vehicle. Additionally, all dogs should be on a leash and cats in a secure carrier while going through the drive-thru clinic.

Dogs will receive a parvo/distemper vaccination, while cats will receive a feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia vaccination.

No other pet vaccinations will be available. Canines and felines must be at least six weeks old to receive vaccines. Both dogs and cats will also be microchipped, which can help get your pet back home if it ever goes missing or runs off.
