Sandra brought in all sorts of wonderful eats which included, Chicken Quesadillas, Chicken Flautas, Fresh Chicken Tacos and one of their specialties...Mango Chipotle Chicken Salad - A Tortilla shell filled with Romaine lettuce, chicken, avocado, Cotija cheese, mango salsa, and a chipotle glaze and chipotle vinaigrette!
