Double Rainbow over El Paso – What Does It Mean?

Remember the Double Rainbow guy whose video of him losing his mind over seeing one rainbow in front of another went viral some years ago?

“It's a double rainbow all the way across the sky," he can be heard saying. "What does this mean?” He freaks out for about 3 minutes, and ends up sobbing.

I imagine that’s how a lot of El Pasoans reacted yesterday (8/15) -- minus the crying, I presume -- after thunderstorms gave way to a double rainbow many found so spectacular they dutifully shared photos all over social media.
