Connecticut Shootings Cause Lockdowns At New Mexico Schools

Such a sad ordeal in Connecticut this morning as innocent lives and innocent childrens lives were taken. As news spread around the country, New Mexico schools took action to assure the safety of the children.

Gadsden ISD in New Mexico are under lockdown today because of the Connecticut school shootings. Officials said, "Even though the incident happened very far away, we wanted to make sure that all our students on their last day of the semester remained safe," said spokesman Luis Villalobos.
