Cool Canyon Nights Closes Out 2022 Season Thursday with Azucar

Monsoonal rains forced the cancellation of their July 7 performance, so we've extended CCN for another Thursday so Azucar can have its night in the spotlight.

Fun Times at Cool Canyon Nights

If you like to shake your hips to a hot Latin beat, this group of talented musicians, singers, composers, and arrangers will have you moving to their signature sound featuring salsa, merengue, and cumbia.

Known and loved for the Latin-infused variety they bring to the stage, Azucar is more than that. The band is very versatile and performs other genres extremely well, including international music and jazz.

You’ll want to get there when the gates open at 6 p.m. because admission to the family-friendly music series is free on a first-come basis, and VIP seating is sold out.

The final Cool Canyon Nights of the 2022 season gets underway at 6 p.m. with free live music on the patio from Ricardo Valencia, plus beer, cocktails, and food trucks in the cool shade of the McKelligon Canyon Amphitheater. Azucar gets underway at approximately 7 p.m.
