Rememmber Irving Jose Marquez? He's that disgusting, little worm who put a hidden camera in the restroom at Cielo Vista Mall and got caught when he was seen adjusting it? Yeah, Irving. Weirdo. Well, Irving is going to prison. He has been in jail for the last two years, but he was sentenced in federal court on Thursday.

Irving scared the hell out of a lot of people back in 2017 when a shopper saw the camera he had mounted underneath a sink that was pointed at the toilet. When El Paso Police looked at what was on that camera, they saw our boy Irving readjusting the camera to face the toilet. Seems Irving had a thing for watching people empty their bowels.

But that's not all. Irving is a grubby human being who, in addition to the restroom-camera video, also had child pornography and photos of people in compromising positions. That filth was found after police did a search of his eastside home.

He was found guilty of federal charges of receipt, distribution and possession of a visual depiction involving the sexual exploitation of a minor under the age of 12, and was sentenced to 20 years in prison."

Irving's defense attorney said has brain damage from the West Nile virus, which he contracted in 2009 while working at an oil rig, and that's why he did what he did.

Apparently the judge in the case didn't buy it and said he would not give Irving a second chance to victimize anyone else and called him a risk to society. Just in case you think Irving might be able to turn things around, you should know that the judge said, and I quote, "Some of things you have done show that you have a mean spirit."

After he is released from prison, Irving will be put on extensive supervised release. He is also facing charges in state district court on suspicion of possession of child pornography, invasive recording in a bathroom and indecency with a child, to which he pleaded not guilty. He'll be back in court on those charges in July.

Bye Irving. I hope you really hate prison.
