Catrina Festival & Sugar Skull Workshop This Weekend

Mike and Tricia Mornings have been promoting how fast this year has already gone by with their "Halfway to Halloween" ghost stories. To keep the festive feeling going, Day of the Dead lovers can get excited for the Catrina festival happening this weekend. On May 4th, you can participate in decorating your very own sugar skull, dressing up in your best Catrina outfit and really just supporting local artists and awesomeness.

Yeah, it is May 4th and everyone is talking about "May the 4th be with you" so why not channel your inner Princess Leia and dress up as a Star Wars inspired Catrina! Now that I want to see. There will be a costume contest that will be held at the event, where you could win prizes instead of getting made fun of for dressing up and we are only halfway to Halloween. Either way, if you dress up or not, make sure to have some family fun this weekend out at the Catrina Festival.
