Got any bras you no longer wear? Hand them over, we could use them.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and Mike & Tricia are on a mission to collect bras for our 3rd Annual "Bras Across Our Building." Bras Across is our lighthearted, but sincere attempt to bring awareness to the importance of annual mammograms.

If you have gently used and/or no-longer-being-used bras, please drop them off at 93.1 KISS-FM, 4180 N. Mesa.

Undergarments collected will be donated to various homeless and emergency shelters in El Paso. Women frequently arrive at a shelter with very little clothing, and sometimes with only the clothes they’re wearing. Bras are items not everyone thinks to donate.

For every bra we collect, we'll donate $1 -- up to 1,000 bras -- to a local organization that provides no-cost or low-cost women’s health services like mammograms and clinical breast exams to El Paso woman with no or limited health insurance. Early detection is often the best protection, and a mammogram is a front line defense in the fight against breast cancer.

Mike & Tricia's Bras Across Our Building is also meant as a show of support (pun totally intended) to those currently fighting the fight against breast cancer. They are truly bras for a cause.

So bring us your new, gently used, or no-longer-being-used bras and help Mike & Tricia Mornings bring awareness to the importance of annual mammograms. 93.1 KISS-FM is located at 4180 N. Mesa, just off Executive Center Blvd.
