Where to Buy the Best Chicken Wings in El Paso for Super Bowl Gameday
Super Bowl weekend is upon us, and while some may have more than a passing interest in the game, I think we can all agree the highlight of the afternoon is the food. From chips and dips to backyard burgers and fries, Super Bowl game meetups and hangs usually consist of a wide assortment of munchies. But the real MVP are the chicken wings.
According to the National Chicken Council, a record 1.42-billion chicken wings will be devoured during Super Bowl LV. To put that number in perspective the 2021 Wing Report notes it would take Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid 900 years to eat that many wings, assuming he could keep up a three wings-a-minute pace.
So, where does a wing aficionado go to grab El Paso’s top chicken wings? And by wings, I mean the kind with the bone still in them, not the nuggets with buffalo sauce they call “boneless wings.” That’s like trying to pass off sliced chicken breast in a flour tortilla as a fajita taco. But that’s a discussion for another day.
The list below was compiled using my own voodoo science consisting of our radio listener’s input, Yelp and Foursquare ratings, opinions of trusted wing-loving friends and family, and my own taste buds.
Now, let’s all bow our heads while silently thanking the millions of chickens that made the ultimate sacrifice to bring enjoyment to America’s Super Bowl feasts, and continue scrolling to find out where El Paso's best wings are ready for dine-in, pick-up, or delivery.

And, of course, no list would be complete without the inclusion of Track One. From the tucked-away-you-gotta-be-from-around-here-to-find it location, to its restaurant in a train concept and décor, to the cozy bar, the Track One vibe is one of the coolest in El Paso. And their locally famous double-dipped wings? Yas queen. Get. In. My. Belly.
