The Museum Of Art is offering studio art instruction to everyone, especially kids!

The camps range from learning how to draw cartoon and comics to working with plaster and metal art work.

Spring break is almost here and if you want to have your child involved in something fun and creative, then look into these great camps the El Paso Museum of Art is offering!

Cartoon & Comics (Ages 6-8)

  • Kids will learn how to draw in cartoon and comic style, illustrating their own comic book.
  • Class starts March 11, 2014
  • 4 sessions - Tuesday-Friday 9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.
  • Non-Member Fee: $75
  • Member Fee: $60

Clay Sculptures (Ages 9-12)

  • This camp focuses on unique polymer clay sculptures.
  • Class starts March 11, 2014
  • 4 sessions - Tuesday-Friday 1 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
  • Non-Member Fee: $86
  • Member Fee: $70

Metal Artwork (ages 9-12)

  • This metal artwork class will have kids making all sorts of items from metal. Using their hands to create candle holders, picture frames, trinkets and more!
  • Class starts March 11, 2014
  • 4 sessions - Tuesday-Friday 9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.
  • Non-Member Fee: $75
  • Member Fee: $60

Plaster Class (Ages 6-8)

  • This plaster class will have your child making plaster casts of their hands and face and then having fun painting and decorating them.
  • Class starts March 11, 2014
  • 4 sessions - Tuesday-Friday 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
  • Non-Member Fee: $86
  • Member Fee: $70
