Adoption Fees Waived on All Pitbulls and Pit Mixes Entire Month of October

Pits and Pit mixes of all ages will be adoption fee free all month long in honor of Pitbull Awareness and Adopt-A-Shelter Dog Month at the Animal Service Center of the Mesilla Valley at 3551 Bataan Memorial West.

The adoption fees also will be waived for adult dogs of any breed that have been with the shelter for more than 6 months. Animal Service Center of the Mesilla Valley is open from noon to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and noon to 5 p.m. Saturday. During offsite events the ASCMV appears from 8 a.m. to noon at the north end of the Farmer's Market in downtown Las Cruces or from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Saturday at Petco.
