2015 American Music Awards Winners and Highlights
Jennifer Lopez hosted the American Music Awards last night at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California and it was full of surprises and plenty of stellar performances.
The evening opened with Jennifer Lopez taking the stage with a dance collage featuring a melody of 2015’s biggest chart-toppers and looking completely stunning all evening changing into 10 different looks.
Not only did Lopez look dazzling, the evenings top performances included:
- Gwen Stephani performing her latest song, “Used to Love You” and not breaking out into tears. Way to keep it together Gwen!
- Pentatonix paired up with a symphony orchestra for a Star Wars Medley, which was slightly weird.
- Selena Gomez carefully being carried down a flight of stairs for her performance of “Same Old Love”.
- Coldplay debuting their latest single, “Adventure of a Lifetime” with inexplicable gorillas on stage.
- Meghan Trainor and Charlie Puth were ‘getting it on’ after their collaboration and making out at the close of their song, “Marvin Gaye”.
- Alanis Morrisette and Demi Lovato coming together for some awesome girl-power for the 20th anniversary of “You Outta Know”.
- The most emotional performance goes to Celine Dion and her performance of “Hymne a L’amour by French vocal legend, Edith Piaf.
Watch every single performance here and check out the complete list of nominees and winners from last nights American Music Awards.
