Mike’s the Stupid News – Trying to Rob a Gun Store With a Baseball Bat Results in Epic Fail

There's an old saying that goes "don't bring a knife to a gun fight." A phrase an Oregon man should've made himself familiar with before bringing a baseball bat and a knife to rob a gun store.

Derrick Mosely walked into Discount Gun Sales in Portland, Oregon with his trusty Louisville slugger only to nearly end up whacked himself when he smashed a display case in front of a manager --  who simply reached into his jacket pocket and produced a loaded weapon of his own. One much deadlier than a bat. Deputies responding to the call found an unarmed Mosley on the floor when they arrived.

It reminds me of that scene in Crocodile Dundee where some guy tries to jack him up with a switchblade and Dundee chuckles and says "That's not a knife," before pulling out a large bowie knife and adding, "That's a knife."
