The Fountains Hosting Free Showing of Halloween Classic ‘Hocus Pocus’

Movie Night on the Lawn is back at Fountains at Farah with a talking cat and a trio of witches.

But not literally.

The Fountains is getting into the spirit of Halloween with a shriek, a cackle, and the silly fun that is Hocus Pocus. Because it wouldn't be a Movie Night on the Lawn Cinema without the Sandersons “Sistaaahs!”

Hocus Pocus at Movie Night on the Lawn Cinema

The annual Halloween-time screening of the '90s classic is set for Friday, Oct. 27.

Hocus Pocus stars Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy as the bewitching Sanderson Sisters, Winifred, Sarah and Mary, and the villainous trio of witches has every intention of putting a spell on you.

It's the most popular night of the outdoor free movie series so if you go plan to go get there early enough to claim a good spot.

Little ghouls and boys who want to maximize their Halloween costume time are encouraged to throw theirs on and get into the spirit of the season, too.

What to Know If You Plan to Go

The Movie Night on the Lawn Cinema is located on the festival lawn located on the lower section across from Kona Grill and Chuy’s.

• The movie is free to see
• Approximate start time is 7:00 p.m. on Fri. Oct. 27
• Pets allowed as long as they remain leashed
• Bring your own lawn chairs or blanket as seating will not be provided
