Magic Of Lights Drive-Thru Christmas Light Show Coming to El Paso This Holiday Season

As anyone who has ever driven through Eastridge during the holidays knows, checking out Christmas light displays from the comfort of your car is the only way to go.

Just stay in your vehicle, roll down the windows so you can hear the Christmas music, and ooh and aah while trying not to rear end the car in front of you. Good times, man, good times.

If you’re not a big fan of walking in a park filled with colorful lights and displays then the Magic of Lights drive-through experience coming to El Paso in November will be the one for you.

Magic of Lights

Magic of Lights will make its El Paso debut at Cohen Cohen Waterpark in mid-November.

According to the event website, “Magic of Lights is a dazzling, drive-through holiday lights experience featuring favorite holiday scenes and characters of the season using the latest LED technology and digital animations.”

I imagine it’s what happens when you give a bunch of LEDs a bit of holiday spirit and a sprinkle of fairy dust.

For those of us that like to pack up some hot chocolate and pile the kids into the family vehicle to see Christmas lights it's like an early visit from Santa, but instead of presents, he's delivering dazzling light displays right to your car.

If you’re already making your festive season itinerary you might want to look into this holiday event.

F.Y.I., it’s not going to be free like the light displays at San Jacinto Plaza or the Fred Loya/El Paso County walk-through at Ascarate Park. It’s a “one carload, one price” kind of thing.
