Mike’s the Stupid News: Man Busted Driving Drunk in Wheelchair [VIDEO]

A Detroit area man was too wasted to get behind the wheel of his car, but still managed to rack up a DUI charge. How, you ask? By getting busted driving a stolen wheelchair!

Raymond Kulma was observed rolling erratically down the side of a road near Utica, Michigan, when a cop pulled him over for questioning. Not only was he found to be three times over the legal limit, the deputy also discovered that the motorized wheelchair didn’t even belong to Kulma. He’d jacked it from another resident of the assisted living complex he lives in. Kulma, who hasn't had a valid license for 19 years, was charged with theft and drunk driving.
