WTW??? ‘Woolly Mammoth’ Spotted in Russia! [VIDEO]

It could be a hoax or one of greatest discoveries ever. A government engineer in Russia has taken a video of what some say is a woolly mammoth crossing a river in Siberia.  Now if I learned anything from watching the movie "Ice Age" it's that woolly's have been extinct for over 4,000 years, but some scientists and paranormal investigators say this grainy video could prove otherwise.
