Watch ‘Dora and the Lost City of Gold’ Saturday at Fountains at Farah Free Movie Series
“Movie Nite on the Lawn” is back at the Fountains at Farah.
The outdoor movie series kicks off this Saturday, March 7, with a free showing of Dora and the Lost City of Gold. The flick will get underway at around 7:30 p.m. on the festival lawn located on the lower section.
Dora and the Lost City of Gold is a live action adaptation of the Nickelodeon television series Dora the Explorer.
I haven't seen this one, but the internet says Dora embarks on a quest to save her parents and solves some kind of mystery. Probably having to do with lost gold. Michael Peña and Eva Longoria play her parents, and Danny-freakin'-Trejo is the voice of her monkey friend Boots.
Seating will not be provided, so bring lawn chairs and blankets. Movie Nite on the Lawn has become a popular event so if you plan to go get there early enough to claim a good spot.
If you need more details -- or if the weather looks iffy and you want to know if the movie is still on -- hit up The Fountains at Farah Facebook.
