Upcoming Car Seat Inspections & Installation Events

Coming up during the months of December and January, the El Paso Fire Department will host several free car seat inspection and installation events.

Parents are invited to learn how to properly install car seats and also have on-site El Paso Fire Department certified technicians inspect car seats for free, educating parents and caregivers about proper car seat installation.

Those who are interested must set up an appointment by calling 915-212-5699. Book your appointment soon as limited slots are available - each class runs for approximately one hour.

The following must be present for the inspection to be performed:

• The vehicle that the car seat will occupy
• The child who will be using the seat
• The parent or guardian of the child

Upcoming Available Dates:

• December 13 and December 20, 2019, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• January 10 and January 24, 2020, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
