It's wedding season! I don't exactly know what that means, because you can get married any time, right? I guess people prefer summer because of the weather?

Well, wedding season is underway and while I haven't been invited to a wedding in some time (I get invited to quinces more) I did come across something really cute. I drove past the El Paso Municipal Rose Garden and witnessed a wedding happening!

I NEVER knew you could get married at the Rose Garden?! It's such a beautiful place that having a wedding there never occurred to me!

In honor of this beautiful discovery, I decided to look up other unique places you could get married at like the Rose Garden- which by the way isn't too expensive. I called around and found out that you can get married at the Rose Garden for a few fees.

  • $54.00 an hour (resident fee) or $67.00 an hour (non-resident fee)
  • $7.00 administrative fee
  • $15.00 amplification fee (only if applicable).

The El Paso Zoo has a pavilion right inside and it can be used for events! You can find out about how to plan your event by clicking here. It's a real beautiful venue, and I know this because our former co-worker Brandon got married at the El Paso Zoo!

The International Museum of Art also offers two different areas that you can rent out for weddings and other events.

Their amphitheater and formal garden are both perfect sites for couples to exchange vows. Check their website to get more information on how you can have your wedding there.

Alcantar Sky Garden is probably the venue that I like the most. It's right above the Plaza Theatre in Downtown El Paso.

I never knew this place existed, but now that I do, I imagine that any party there would be a hit. Check out this beautiful TikTok of a live wedding painter at the Alcantar Sky Garden.
