UK Elton John Tribute Band Performing For Free On 9/28 In El Paso

Fans don't miss this stellar one-night performance of the Elton John Tribute band from the UK for free in downtown El Paso.

British entrepreneur and podcast host Tom Cridland is touring America with his Elton John Tribute band and is making a tour stop in El Paso tonight, performing at Mona Bar of Modern Art.

Apart from fronting the Elton John Tribute band, Cridland's podcast has featured big stars such as Annie Lennox, Dionne Warwick, Chance the Rapper, Smokey Robinson, Earth, Wind & Fire, The Temptations, Kevin Bacon, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Pixies, Johnny Marr, Steve Perry of Journey, Tears For Fears, Seal, David Guetta, UB40, Boyz II Men, Gloria Estefan, John Oates, Sean Paul, Counting Crows and many more.

He also happens to be close friends with Elton's original and current drummer, Nigel Olsson, often invited as a guest on his podcast or to catch during dinner with friends.

Tom Cridland, a musician in his own right, gained attention from the Grammy-nominated Philadelphia Soul group, The Stylistics, for his tune Falling off the Rails. Soon after, Cridland was on tour with the band, playing 19 shows over the summer.

Throughout all his endeavors, the tribute band means much more to Cridland, mainly covering the tunes of Elton John, proving cathartic and healing to help overcome his drinking addiction.

Cridland says, "listening and playing Elton and Bernie Taupin's timeless songs is what literally helped me get through each day when trying to stop consuming alcohol."

For the last six decades, Sir Elton John has been rocking the piano keys for his fans and is currently on the road for his final farewell tour. Cridland is touring every state in the US to mark the end of an era, playing covers of John's songs.

And now Tom Cridland and his tribute to Elton John will only perform for one night in El Paso during a free show at Mona Bar of Modern Art.
