Tricia Speaks to City Council on Ballpark Issue, Insults Dallas Cowboys Fans

My work wife, Tricia Martinez, hit up City Council Tuesday to speak on the controversial ballpark issue. And her impassioned plea, which you can read in its entirety HERE, was not without its own controversy when she put the beloved Dallas Cowboys on blast to make a point.

"People say El Pasoans won’t support a team with a losing record," she said, before asking rhetorically, "[but] how many of you own a Dallas Cowboys jersy?" And while many in the audience found her comment amusing, others on Local 4's Facebook page didn't:
