A couple of weeks ago, I was helping a friend check out houses. She is moving back to town with her husband and they’re looking for a new house out in the far east part of town. We took a look at a new development by Classic American Homes and I have to say, if I didn’t already own a home, the ones I saw would totally entice me into moving.

There were traditional family homes, homes that had sleek lines that looked like they belonged in New York, and all-in-all, homes that were perfect for every type of family. Here is just a sampling of the move-in ready homes they have:

1) The New Hampshire is a single-story home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage, with price-points varying based on the community.

2) The Michigan has four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 2,617 square feet.

3) The Oklahoma offers three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms across two stories and 1,677 square feet.
