The Retro House Airbnb Is Giving Off Fun ’80s Vibes In NE El Paso

A new Airbnb is giving off nostalgic vibes as The Retro House opens in El Paso.

My Experience Matters is back with a new themed Airbnb that will catapult you in time with its throwback vibe, a Retro House located in Northeast El Paso.

My Experience Matters is a local short-term rental company that began converting properties into fun-themed spaces three years ago, offering staycation experiences unlike any other in the Sun City.

Since then, the group has created six different themed Airbnb rentals that include:

• La Casita – The first My Experience Matters Airbnb to open in West El Paso
• Casa Rosa – A Pink themed house in East El Paso 
• Toy Story Experience – A dream house for fans of Toy Story in East El Paso 
• Hype House – Another experience perfect for anyone who wants a vibrant setting in East El Paso. 
• La Casota – This bad boy accommodates up to 12 guests comfortably near the Lower Valley 
• Star Wars Experience – Fans can immerse themselves in this galactic experience in Northeast El Paso.   

And the ultimate experiences continue with their latest addition, The Retro House showcasing the best vibes from the greatest eras such as the 70s, 80s, and 90s.

The Retro House features three bedrooms, and two baths, accommodating up to 8 guests. The home also includes a large, fully enclosed private backyard patio with a brick grill station, hammock, seating area, and a totally awesome sound system.

The décor includes little touches like retro furniture, art, vinyl album covers, an old-school recliner, and a lava lamp, adding to the aesthetic of the Retro House.

My Experience Matters is about creating an elevated experience, whether for a staycation or welcoming guests from out of town. And that’s just the beginning because the group has plans to expand further with a Ranch Experience, a Super-plex where each unit has a different theme, an Ice-Cream-themed Airbnb, and so much more.
