The Color Run 5k is Offically Coming To El Paso!

Just received my e-mail update today from The Color Run! This colorful 5k will be happening on September 15th, 2013!

Registration opens April 1st, 2013 for this paint race! All ages and sizes are welcome to this crazy fun event! Join in on a race that is more about fun than time and that is exactly why I love the idea.

The Color Run celebrates "healthiness, happiness, individuality and giving back to the community. They will be working with local charities to give back but I am not sure what charities they have chosen. Information is still being released so keep checking back or sign up for their VIP newsletter.

There are only two rules to this race.

1. Wear white at the start line.

2. Finish plastered in color!

This race looks like it is going to be amazing! I can not wait to sign up and hope you will too! If you are not convinced check out this video! AMAZING!

If you can't wait for The Color Run, check out Color My Cause happening on June 22nd at Ascarate Park! I plan to register on Friday for Color My Cause! Join me in running in this 5k that has 5 color zones! Charities you can run for will be Rio Grande Cancer Foundation, Border AIDS Partnership, Paso Del Norte Children's Development Center and Child Crisis Center of El Paso.
