The City of El Paso Environmental Services Department is hosting a video public service announcement contest for local high school students! Enter!

Have some video skills? Get your friends together and enter! Interested students are asked to create a 30-second video public service announcement, also known as a Public Service Announcement.  This year’s theme is “ESD Works for Me.”  The PSAs must focus on the array of services provided by the ESD, such as recycling, citizen collection stations, even animal adoptions. The options are all listed on the ESD Website!

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will receive trophies and have their PSAs televised on City 15, the City’s broadcast cable channel! The winning videos will also be streamed at the Website! And there is no fee to enter! Winning students will be presented with their awards at a  meeting of the El Paso Mayor and City Council in the spring of 2014.
Entries must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Friday, February 21! Hop to it!
