Sesame Street Shows Kids How To Wash Their Hands During COVID-19 Outbreak
With all the information about coronavirus you would think that the word about washing your hands would be the last thing we would need to remind people to do. Adults should know that you need to wash your hands for 20 seconds to kill the coronavirus and help reduce the spread of the virus to other people. Wash your hands before and after you go anywhere and always remember to wash your hands if you've touched anything or anyone during the day. It keeps you and everyone around you safe.
For the kiddos learning how to wash your hands might be a little tougher. They need to be able to wash their hands for 20 seconds just like adults do, but having one of their favorite characters showing them how to wash their hands might make it a little easier to remember how to wash their hands and for how long.
The lovely folks at Sesame Street made an animated series of informational videos for kids to teach them the things they need to know to stay safe during the coronavirus outbreak. The song Elmo sings is catchy and hopefully will keep them washing their hands and safe until this all gets resolved.
