Check out why this New Year is unfolding to be a great holiday calendar.

2020 is not only ushering in a whole new decade but this year we’ll be looking forward to these holidays for a few special reasons.

Leap Year

This year is a leap year (February 29) and it falls on a Saturday and that means that the following holidays will land perfectly on a weekend except for Cinco de Mayo.

Cinco de Mayo

Cinco de Mayo will appropriately land on a Tuesday – making it perfect for a Cinco de Mayo Taco Tuesday.

July 4th

America’s birthday, July 4th will land on a Saturday making for a perfect day of celebration centered around a BBQ with family, friends and maybe catching fireworks around town.

Halloween

Halloween lands on a Saturday so start preparing for all that candy collection and parties.

Christmas and New Year's Day

Christmas and New Year’s Day both land on a Friday making for a lovely 3 to 4 day weekend depending on your days off at work.

So far, 2020 is off to a good start and we can’t wait to see what other cool surprises the year has in store for us.
